To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (Photo will be required). Refunds without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
- Your item must be in the original packaging The packing box is opened/damaged will not be accepted for refund. (Photo will be required).
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your explanation for the refund including all appropriate proof as attachments to email@example.com
Please do note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
